Square and rectangular ferrite magnets are sintered permanent ferrite magnets. They are shaped via high-temperature sintering with iron oxide and strontium carbonate as main raw materials, forming neat rectangular blocks. They feature high hardness, outstanding corrosion resistance, rust-free performance and low cost.
They deliver stable magnetic force and excellent demagnetization resistance, making them universal permanent magnets for industrial use. The material is relatively brittle, so dropping from heights and heavy impact are prohibited. Their flat four-sided shape allows easy installation and positioning with tight adhesion to flat surfaces. They are widely applied for magnetic fixation of various equipment, motor segment bases, tooling positioning and other applications.
