Round ferrite magnets are mainly manufactured into disc and round sheet shapes, with dimensions defined by outer diameter and thickness. They feature even magnetic field distribution and flat contact surfaces for magnetic attraction.
Despite their lower magnetic energy product compared with NdFeB and SmCo magnets, they offer outstanding cost performance, superior corrosion resistance and excellent temperature stability. They will not oxidize or rust and require no electroplating protection. Hard and wear-resistant, these magnets adapt to long-term continuous operation and complex industrial working conditions, serving as the preferred basic permanent magnetic material for home appliances, motors, hardware fixation and general magnetic attraction structures.
Magnet Magnetization Direction: Customizable to match equipment magnetic circuit structures and assembly methods.

Raw inorganic materials including iron oxide, strontium carbonate and barium oxide are mixed in fixed proportions, then processed through crushing, powder making, compression molding and high-temperature sintering for forming.
Stable formula creates dense material with consistent magnetic performance. The magnets resist acid, alkali and aging, and feature an ultra-long service life.
Two types available: standard round ferrite magnets and high-precision ground round ferrite magnets.
Standard type: cost-effective for general fixing applications.
Precision ground type: superior flatness and dimensional accuracy, ideal for precision motors, sensors and accurate magnetic assembly.
Raw material mixing → fine crushing & powder preparation → mold pressing into round blanks → high-temperature sintering shaping → surface precision grinding & chamfering → dimensional sorting → magnetization & performance testing → finished product packaging.
Precision processing such as surface grinding, chamfering and polishing is supported.
Ferrite owns inherent rust and corrosion resistance; raw black sintered blanks can be directly used without electroplating or coating. For extremely humid working environments, simple passivation treatment is optional to avoid oxidation and peeling.
