Cylindrical NdFeB magnets are sized by diameter and length, featuring even magnetic field distribution and stable magnetic poles. We flexibly supply two magnetization options — axial magnetization and radial magnetization — based on customers’ product structures, to satisfy various application needs for magnetic attraction, induction and drive during assembly.
Magnet Grades: Refer to our full NdFeB grade performance datasheet for complete details.
Magnetization Direction: Fully customizable to match your equipment operating conditions and assembly structures.

1. Material Composition
Cylindrical NdFeB magnets are primarily composed of neodymium metal, pure iron and ferroboron, with the base chemical formula Nd₂Fe₁₄B. Various rare metal elements are precisely proportioned according to target performance grades and formed via multiple precision metallurgical processes. The finished magnets deliver high material purity, stable magnetic properties and excellent consistency across batches.
2. Product Classification
NdFeB permanent magnets fall into two core categories: sintered NdFeB and bonded NdFeB. Sintered cylindrical NdFeB far outperforms bonded counterparts with stronger magnetic force, superior temperature resistance and better stability. Widely recognized as the "King of Permanent Magnets", it is our mainstream mass-produced product, ideal for most industrial and precision electronic applications.
3. Manufacturing Process
Our cylindrical NdFeB magnets are manufactured through a standardized precision workflow: Raw Material Batching → Melting → Powder Making → Oriented Compaction → High-Temperature Sintering → Precision Finishing → Magnetization for Finished Products. Finishing services include cutting, surface grinding, chamfering, fine grinding and electroplating, guaranteeing perfect concentricity, flatness and dimensional accuracy to meet precision machinery assembly standards.
4. Surface Anti-Corrosion Coatings
To solve NdFeB’s inherent vulnerability to oxidation and rust, we provide a full lineup of surface protection treatments. Standard options include blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, nickel plating, Ni-Cu-Ni composite coating and baking paint. Premium high-durability finishes include epoxy coating, electrophoretic coating, phosphating, gold plating, silver plating and chrome plating, all customizable based on your working environment, anti-corrosion requirements and appearance standards.
5. Application Fields
Compact and highly concentrated in magnetic flux, cylindrical NdFeB magnets fit a wide range of precision scenarios. They are extensively used in precision motors, VCM actuators, electro-acoustic components, medical devices, sensors, smart wearables, portable consumer electronics, auto spare parts and testing instruments.
