The specifications of block NdFeB magnets are determined by three dimensional parameters: length, width and thickness. According to unified industry standards, the dimension aligned with the magnetization axis is defined as thickness. For standard products, thickness is the smallest dimension, and customized non-standard magnetization is supported.

1. Core Material
Block NdFeB magnets are mainly composed of neodymium, pure iron and boron, with the chemical formula Nd₂Fe₁₄B. During production, various auxiliary metal elements are proportioned precisely according to required magnetic performance. The magnets are shaped via multiple precise metallurgical processes, featuring stable material properties and uniform magnetic performance.
2. Product Classification
NdFeB magnets are divided into two main categories: sintered NdFeB and bonded NdFeB. Sintered NdFeB boasts far superior magnetic performance, powerful magnetism and high stability, known as the "King of Permanent Magnets" in the industry. It is our core block magnet product, suitable for most industrial permanent magnet applications.
3. Production Process
Our sintered block NdFeB magnets are manufactured via a standardized full workflow with key procedures as follows: precise batching → high-temperature melting → ultra-fine powder making → oriented compaction → high-temperature sintering → precision machining → magnetization to finished products.
Secondary processing services including grinding, slicing, wire cutting, drilling, counterboring and precision electroplating are available upon customized demands, ensuring tight dimensional tolerances and perfect adaptability for application.
4. Surface Treatment
To improve rust resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance for different working environments, we offer a full range of surface coating treatments.
Conventional treatments: zinc plating (blue-white zinc, color zinc, etc.), nickel plating, Ni-Cu-Ni composite coating and paint coating.
Premium special treatments: epoxy resin coating, electrophoresis, phosphating, gold plating, silver plating, chrome plating, all customizable to match customers’ service environments and anti-corrosion grade requirements.
