With outstanding structural merits, round magnets fit compact mounting spaces and all scenarios that demand concentrated strong magnetic fields within a tiny area. Custom magnetization modes are supported per customer requirements.

I. Material Composition

NdFeB is fundamentally composed of neodymium metal, pure iron and ferroboron, with the chemical formula Nd₂Fe₁₄B. During production, specific trace elements are blended in proportion, followed by multiple precision metallurgical processes for forming.

II. Product Classification

NdFeB magnets are mainly divided into two categories: sintered NdFeB and bonded NdFeB. Sintered NdFeB boasts far superior magnetic performance compared to bonded types, making it the mainstream high-strength magnet widely known in the industry as "King of Permanent Magnets".

III. Production Process of Sintered NdFeB

Full production flow: Batching → Melting → Powder Making → Press Forming → Sintering → Precision Machining → Magnetization to finish products.

Machining processes include customized services such as grinding, slicing, wire cutting, drilling, counterboring and trepanning.

IV. Anti-Corrosion Surface Treatments

Various surface coatings are available to prevent NdFeB from oxidation and rusting:

Standard treatments: Zinc plating (blue-white zinc, colored zinc, etc.), nickel plating, triple-layer Ni-Cu-Ni electroplating, paint spraying;

Custom special treatments: Epoxy coating, electrophoresis, phosphating, gold plating, silver plating, chrome plating.
