Slicing Machine
This slicing machine set is core assembly-line equipment for cutting sintered NdFeB magnet blanks. Multiple machines are arranged in linked configuration. Adopting high-speed cutting with ultra-thin diamond grinding wheels, it precisely cuts large sintered magnet blanks into semi-finished magnets of various specifications such as blocks, round wafers and strips.
Feed speed and cutting depth are CNC adjustable. It features narrow cutting kerf and low material loss with stable dimensional accuracy. The perpendicularity and parallelism after slicing can be well controlled. Equipped with continuous water cooling structure, it suppresses magnet cracking and demagnetization caused by high cutting temperature, and greatly reduces chipping defects of brittle NdFeB materials.
The whole line supports continuous batch feeding with high automation. It performs the first blank cutting process after magnet sintering and before precision grinding and chamfering, supplying standard-sized blanks for all subsequent finishing processes.
