Vertical Surface Grinder
The large vertical surface grinder serves as our main precision machining equipment for planar finishing of NdFeB block magnets, special-shaped magnets and thick magnet blanks. With high-speed rotating vertical grinding wheel cutting, it precisely grinds and flattens single surfaces of magnets, accurately controlling thickness, flatness and surface finish. It effectively eliminates post-sintering warpage, cutting tool marks and surface irregularities.
The machine boasts high rigidity and heavy grinding load capacity, suitable for precision finishing of thick and high-hardness NdFeB blanks. It offers wide controllable grinding allowance and stable dimensional tolerance accuracy. Featuring manual loading and positioned grinding, it works flexibly for mass re-grinding of regular block magnets as well as single-piece fine finishing for small-batch special-shaped magnets. It is key finishing equipment to calibrate flatness and thickness after sintering and before chamfering & electroplating, ensuring stable dimensional reference for subsequent processes.
