Automatic Electroplating Production Line
The fully automatic gantry electroplating production line is a complete set of dedicated equipment for anti-corrosion surface treatment of NdFeB magnets. It adopts an overhead crane to automatically transfer barrel baskets and sequentially complete the full process including degreasing, pickling activation, multi-layer zinc/nickel plating, sealing & passivation, and multi-stage pure water cleaning according to preset procedures.
The whole line runs fully automatically. Transfer cycle and immersion time as well as chemical concentration are stably controllable, eliminating uneven coating thickness caused by manual operation. Magnets enter this production line after precision grinding and chamfering. A dense protective coating is formed on the magnet surface to effectively isolate air and moisture, solving the pain point that NdFeB is prone to oxidation and rusting, and greatly improving corrosion resistance and service life of products.
The production line features sealed tank design with centralized wastewater collection and treatment, meeting environmental protection standards. It is suitable for continuous electroplating of magnets in large batches. The coating delivers strong adhesion and uniform bright appearance. It serves as the final critical protection process before finished magnets leave the factory.
