Hydrogen Decrepitation Furnace
Our factory is equipped with professional hydrogen decrepitation furnace dedicated for NdFeB, which is the core equipment in rare-earth permanent magnet powder preparation. Based on the principle of hydrogen absorption expansion and lattice fracture of rare-earth alloys, the melted alloy ingots are subjected to hydrogenation crushing to obtain coarse alloy powder with uniform particle size and regular morphology. Compared with traditional mechanical coarse crushing, it delivers higher powder purity and lower oxidation.
The whole set of equipment adopts sealed vacuum protection process with controllable atmosphere throughout the process to effectively suppress powder oxidation. The temperature control, vacuum and gas intake systems are automatically interlocked with precisely adjustable process parameters and stable particle size consistency for powder batches. Powder after hydrogen decrepitation is favorable for subsequent jet milling refinement and magnetic field orientation. It can significantly improve the stability of magnetic properties of NdFeB magnets and reduce internal product defects, laying a raw material foundation for manufacturing high-performance and high-consistency NdFeB permanent magnets. It is suitable for full-range magnet production for new energy motors, wind power and precision servo systems.
