Full-Automatic Small Cylinder Press
This full-automatic small cylinder press is dedicated core equipment for forming NdFeB cylindrical magnets. Equipped with a CNC automatic pressing control system, it accurately completes the full processes of magnetic powder feeding and high-pressure compression molding to mass-produce cylindrical magnet blanks of various specifications.
The machine is fitted with an intelligent touch screen. Pressing force, filling depth and dwell time can be digitally and precisely adjusted. It delivers uniform and stable compacted density, effectively ensuring dimensional consistency and density uniformity of cylindrical magnet blanks in every batch.
It adopts a sealed molding structure with low powder loss and standard dust control. The pressing curve is optimized for the compression characteristics of NdFeB powder to reduce defect rates such as delamination, cracking and insufficient filling. Capable of continuous automatic cyclic operation with stable and high productivity, it serves as the key pre-forming equipment to manufacture formed blanks from magnetic powder for round magnets, supplying qualified green bodies for subsequent sintering and grinding finishing.
