Infiltration Process Production Line
The infiltration process production line is an automatic assembly line specially used to repair micropore defects of NdFeB magnets. It performs impregnation and sealing treatment for porous defects such as tiny air holes, pinholes and microcracks inside sintered magnets.
Workpieces are continuously conveyed into the production line to complete a full set of processes in sequence: cleaning and drying, vacuum degassing, infiltrant soaking, curing and setting. Under negative pressure, the infiltrant fills the micro pores inside the magnet and solidifies for sealing.
After treatment, it can effectively prevent plating solution from penetrating into pores during electroplating, which causes defects like blistering, peeling and rusting. It greatly improves the electroplating pass rate and anti-corrosion weather resistance of magnets. The whole line adopts CNC touch screen control with fully automatic continuous operation, stable processing cycle and excellent batch consistency. It is the key pre-treatment equipment to improve finished product yield after NdFeB precision machining and before electroplating.
