EF5 Electronic Fluxmeter
The EF5 electronic fluxmeter is a high-precision dedicated magnetic flux testing instrument developed for NdFeB permanent magnet materials. Matched with supporting induction fixtures, it accurately quantifies the total magnetic flux of magnets. As core precision inspection equipment for magnet magnetization quality control, batch magnetic sorting, incoming performance inspection and pre-delivery acceptance, it is widely used in performance testing throughout magnet production.
Working Principle
The instrument operates based on electromagnetic induction. Place the magnet under test inside the matched induction coil fixture. The magnetic field generated by the magnet causes magnetic flux variation within the coil, inducing weak electrical signals. The EF5 fluxmeter main unit rapidly samples, amplifies and calculates the induced signals, outputting real-time and accurate total magnetic flux data of the magnet, which directly reflects the magnetization saturation level and overall magnetic performance.
Main Applications
Precisely measure total magnetic flux of square, round, ring and special-shaped NdFeB magnets, judge whether the magnetization process reaches saturation, and effectively screen under-magnetized and over-magnetized defective products.
