Automatic Through-type Sandblasting Machine
The automatic through-type sandblasting machine is specialized surface treatment equipment for permanent magnet materials and hardware parts. It performs refined surface modification by high-speed abrasive impact on workpiece surfaces. In the NdFeB magnet production process, it undertakes key procedures including surface descaling, roughening pre-treatment and burr removal. Working Principle
High-pressure air flow inside the machine drives dedicated blasting abrasives to jet at high speed. The abrasives continuously strike workpiece surfaces and remove oxide layers, oil stains, burrs and impurities via physical impact. Meanwhile, it uniformly roughens the microscopic surface structure of workpieces to improve adhesion for subsequent electroplating and coating. Workpieces move in and out of the chamber at constant speed via a conveyor belt to realize uninterrupted continuous sandblasting. Processing parameters are stable and controllable with high consistency of surface treatment for batch products.

● Remove oxide scale, sintering black spots, oil stains and impurities on NdFeB magnet blank surfaces; clean cutting burrs and edge flashes.
● Roughen magnet substrate surfaces to increase specific surface area, greatly boost bonding strength of subsequent electroplating and electrophoretic anti-corrosion coatings, and prevent coating peeling.
● Trim surface textures of workpieces, eliminate machining tool marks and scratches, unify matte surface finish and improve appearance uniformity.
