400G Jet Mill
The 400G jet mill is core specialized equipment for fine preparation of NdFeB alloy powder. Coarse alloy material from crushed alloy strips enters the grinding chamber and achieves ultra-fine pulverization via high-velocity collision driven by high-pressure air flow. Equipped with a multi-stage cyclone classification system, the machine accurately screens particle size and stably produces magnetic powder with uniform particle size and regular morphology to meet the requirements of orientation forming process.
The whole system operates under sealed negative pressure to isolate air oxidation throughout the process and effectively control oxygen content. The powder features narrow particle size distribution and good flowability, delivering uniform and stable density of pressed blanks. It can greatly improve the consistency of magnetic properties of sintered magnets in subsequent processes. It serves as key powder-making equipment between hydrogen decrepitation coarse crushing and compaction in the NdFeB production workflow.
